Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services experience in operations within an investment bank, asset manager, or custodian bank.
• At least 10 years in leadership roles, including managing managers.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation and automation programs.
• Strong knowledge of securities processing, settlement, corporate actions, and custody functions.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy and vision for custody operations.
• Lead transition from batch processing to real-time exception management and automation.
• Oversee securities settlements, corporate actions, income collection, proxy voting, and reconciliations globally.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risk; ensure regulatory reporting.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and allocate resources; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Lead a global team, scale operations, and drive workforce and capacity planning.
