BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Management to lead the Custody Client Platform in New York City. You will own strategic product roadmaps, partner with cross‑functional teams, and mentor staff to deliver high‑impact solutions for global custody clients.

The role requires deep experience in Global Custody and US market infrastructure, a strong track record in shaping product strategy, managing P&L, risk, and stakeholder relationships, and the ability to translate client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in product management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years product experience with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience in financial industry.
Experience building and launching product from ideation through launch and revision.
Experience managing the product P&L, risk management and strategy.
Experience in relationship building, negotiating, and influencing.

Responsibilities

Direct markets lead for the Americas Custody Product team, strategy for maintenance of competitiveness and expansion of markets.
Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership to drive improvements in market revenue.
Ownership of US market product and services offered, including strategic change.
Market advocacy through industry working groups, conferences and client engagement.
Ownership of design decisions, performs product performance monitoring, track and analyze key product metrics.
