Job summary

U.S. Bank in Milwaukee is seeking a Global Custody Strategy Manager to own the strategy, commercial roadmap, pricing discipline, margin management, competitive positioning, and investment priorities for the Global Custody offering.

You will partner with the Head of Custody for Asset Managers and the Product Office to shape capability development and investment priorities across operations, technology, and risk.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of banking or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Custody strategy.
• Own the custody commercial model with Finance, including revenue growth planning, margin analysis, and client profitability reporting.
• Develop and maintain a pricing framework and segment strategy for profitable growth.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Relationship Management to modernize custody capabilities and drive operational readiness.
