Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Custody Operations Manager to lead the Class Actions and Proxy team within Asset Servicing. This role oversees about 12 employees across Milwaukee, WI and St. Paul, MN, driving critical operational processes and transformation while developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities include leading domestic and global proxy operations, risk management, and vendor partnerships to deliver superior client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of experience in trust and securities operational functions.
• Five to seven years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Class Actions, Domestic and Global Proxy, and income-related operations.
• Manage and develop a team across multiple locations (Milwaukee, WI and St. Paul, MN).
• Partner with vendors, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver client service.
• Oversee escalations, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements, workflow enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Support testing, system changes, and ongoing business transformation efforts.
