Qualifications

• Two or more years of related operational or professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of custody operational functions, systems, procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor custody accounts and statement activity.
• Research, analyze, and resolve statement exceptions.
• Complete statement releases and process backdated transactions.
• Perform master trust evaluations and post activity.
• Manage BPM requests and other operational tasks.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for accounts and systems.
• Respond to inquiries from internal partners and explain activity as needed.
• Maintain timely daily processing activities.
• Identify operational risks and suggest process improvements.
