Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services operations, with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in securities processing, settlement, and corporate actions.
• Strong knowledge of OCC, DTCC, CSDR, and global market practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy and vision for custody operations.
• Lead transition from batch processing to real-time exception management with automation and AI.
• Oversee accurate securities settlements, corporate actions, and income processing across global markets.
• Manage sub-custodian relationships, network governance, and market resiliency.
• Own regulatory reporting, risk management, and client experience in custody services.
