You will drive digital transformation with real-time management, strengthen controls, and partner with clients, vendors and regulators to deliver scalable, compliant operations across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on operations and leadership.
• Deep expertise in securities processing and custody functions.
• Strong understanding of OCC, DTCC, and CSDR regulations.
• Proven track record leading transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing operational budgets and workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for custody operations.
• Lead the shift from batch processing to real-time management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging automation and AI.
• Oversee processing of securities settlements and corporate actions globally.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and refine KPIs for efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
