U.S. Bank is seeking a Strategic Services Operations Manager to lead strategy and strengthen partnerships across a global custody platform.

You will bridge business partners, clients, and operations to translate needs into actionable initiatives and service enhancements. You will collaborate with Wealth, Global Fund Services, Institutional Trust & Custody, Corporate Trust, Product, Technology, Risk, and Finance to deliver measurable business outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 10+ years in Global Custody, Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Institutional Banking, or related financial services functions.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and clients.
• Lead executive engagement routines and governance forums.
• Coordinate identification, escalation, tracking, and resolution of custody-related issues.
• Translate client feedback into strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
• Provide custody market expertise through client presentations and reviews.
