Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the El Paso/Juárez cross-border supply chain, focusing on inventory flow, warehouse operations, transportation, and order fulfillment. You will partner with 3PLs, Demand Planning, Import Logistics, and internal teams to keep inventory and orders moving reliably.

The role emphasizes identifying risks, resolving issues promptly, and driving cost, service, and productivity improvements across the network. On-site in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with U.S./Mexico cross-border logistics and supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, EDI, transportation management, and related supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain and warehouse execution for the El Paso/Juárez operation.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse performance, including receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, and exceptions.
• Monitor orders, inventory, shortages, inbound supply, capacity, appointments, and shipment status.
• Ensure orders are scheduled, fulfilled, and shipped within required delivery windows.
• Coordinate inbound inventory with Juárez and outbound shipment requirements.
• Establish routines with 3PL partners to ensure service performance.
