Job summary

AGS Logistics is seeking a Cross-Border Operations Coordinator to join our international team. You will coordinate cargo movement between the United States and Latin America, manage export documentation, and ensure CBP compliance.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 1–3 years in logistics, and proficiency with cross-border processes. You will collaborate with airlines, freight forwarders, and warehouses to keep shipments moving on time.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, air cargo, or cross-border operations.
• Solid understanding of international shipping documentation and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cross-border shipments via air freight, ground transportation, and bonded cargo.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and In-Bond forms (CBP Form 7512).
• Ensure compliance with CBP, TSA, and international shipping regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and international partners to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), bonded warehouse, and in-bond transit operations.
• Maintain accurate records within logistics management systems such as Magaya, CargoWise, or Descartes.

We are actively recruiting a Cross-Border Operations Coordinator to join our international operations team. This role is integral to our cross-border shipping activity, responsible for coordinating cargo movement between the United States and Latin America, managing export documentation, and maintaining full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cross-border shipments via air freight, ground transportation, and bonded cargo
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and In-Bond forms (CBP Form 7512)
• Ensure compliance with CBP, TSA, and international shipping regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with In-Bond shipments (CBP Form 7512), FTZ operations, or bonded warehouses
• Proficiency with logistics software platforms such as Magaya, CargoWise, or Descartes
• Background in e-commerce logistics supporting high-volume retailers or marketplaces
• Working knowledge of CBP regulations and international trade compliance
