Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the El Paso/Juárez cross-border logistics and warehouse activities. You will manage 3PL relationships, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time fulfillment across the network.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Demand Planning, Order Management, Import Logistics, and internal teams. Must be able to coordinate across U.S. and Mexico border operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse operations.
• Strong experience managing or overseeing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Experience with U.S./Mexico cross-border logistics and supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, warehouse operations, and distribution.
• Experience supporting high-volume retail, distribution, or channel-driven business models preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, EDI, transportation management, and related supply chain systems.
• Strong vendor-management and partner-accountability skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational issues in a fast‑paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• English/Spanish bilingual capability required/preferred.
• Ability to work regularly across the El Paso/Juárez supply chain operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain and warehouse execution across the El Paso/Juárez operation.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse performance, including receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, and operational exceptions.
• Monitor open orders, inventory availability, shortages, inbound supply, warehouse capacity, appointments, and shipment status.
• Ensure customer orders are scheduled, fulfilled, and shipped within required delivery windows.
• Coordinate inbound inventory from Juárez with warehouse capacity, customer demand, and outbound shipment requirements.
• Establish strong operating routines with 3PL partners to ensure consistent execution and service performance.
