Sotalent in Boston seeks a Director of External Research Partnerships to lead end-to-end CRO management, shaping collaborations with biotech and pharma partners, and integrating data into internal AI pipelines.

Formación

• Degree in life sciences or chemistry required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in pharmaceutical outsourcing, CRO management, or discovery alliance management.
• Strong biotech background and global CRO network are highly desirable.
• Experience with digital drug discovery programs and data standards (e.g., FAIR) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive active management of partners, set expectations, and ensure milestones.
• Maintain partner-site presence and travel to resolve issues in real time.
• Identify and vet new CROs across chemistry, biology, and DMPK to expand capabilities.
• Oversee contracting process, including SOW development and budget management with legal.
• Ensure external data outputs are standardized for AI/ML pipelines integration.
• Identify performance bottlenecks to prevent delays.
