Job summary

BioTalent partners with a top 10 global biopharmaceutical organization to identify a senior Clinical Operations leader who will serve as a strategic program-level lead for global development programs. This hybrid onsite role is Boston-based with 3 days in the office each week.

Lead operational strategy across programs, partner with Global Program Teams and senior stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery from early development through launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical operations or drug development roles.
• Experience leading global clinical programs across multiple indications and trial phases.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operational strategy across global programs, trials, and indications
• Partner with Global Program Teams and senior stakeholders to drive execution and decision-making
• Provide oversight of timelines, budgets, quality, and operational performance
• Guide and mentor Clinical Trial Leaders and cross-functional teams within a matrix environment
• Drive innovative approaches to clinical trial execution, patient access, and operational excellence
