Prendio BioProcure is seeking a CRO/CDMO partnerships leader to manage contracted supplier relationships across discovery through manufacturing. You will hand off at contract execution and drive ongoing performance, acting as a trusted advisor to emerging biotech customers and aligning partnerships with project needs.

This role requires 10+ years in life sciences, experience selecting and contracting CROs/CDMOs, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Competenze

• 10+ years in life sciences with ownership of outsourced R&D spend across multiple service categories.
• Breadth across discovery and preclinical services with exposure to clinical-stage outsourcing.
• Experience selecting, contracting with CROs/CDMOs and understanding players and value-adds in the space.
• Experience at venture-stage biotech; sponsor-side operating experience preferred.
• Strong scientific literacy and ability to discuss technical topics with customer teams.

• Own day-to-day relationships with contracted CRO and CDMO partners across discovery to manufacturing service categories.
• Take the handoff at contract execution; drive partner onboarding through early wins to sustained, long-term performance.
• Serve as a credible, trusted advisor to emerging-biotech customers; position partners as the right fit without selling.
• Build the credibility of Prendio BioProcure's CRO/CDMO offering in the market.
• Map accounts between supplier partners and biotech customers; identify and drive connections between them.
• Generate and deliver partner reporting; track adoption, connections, and partner-growth KPIs.
• Articulate emerging-biotech pain points to Product and Data teams; help shape on-platform tools and data offerings.
• Work closely with Supplier Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Escalate commercial negotiations — pricing, rebates, and new partnerships — to the SVP of Supplier Solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
