Coinbase is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to scale lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS for millions of users globally. You will own onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies, defining segmentation, channel mix, and measurable growth.

Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM initiatives with launches and expansion plans. You will drive KPI-based measurement, build reliable reporting, and guide data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with multi-channel campaign ownership at scale.
• Proven track record of lifecycle programs improving engagement/retention across markets.
• Deep proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, A/B testing, and ML-powered targeting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams, with strong timelines.
• SQL proficiency for audience segmentation and campaign analysis; collaborate with Data Science for robust reporting.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

• Own lifecycle strategy for key user journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention) including segmentation and targeting.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and expansion goals.
• Develop CRM measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadences, and leadership-ready insights.
• Identify gaps in customer journeys and design actionable plans using A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
