You'll define segmentation, measure KPIs, and leverage A/B testing and ML-powered targeting to optimize performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with multi-channel ownership.
• Proven track record improving onboarding, engagement, retention or revenue.
• Experience with Braze or Iterable and audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, and retention across channels.
• Lead end-to-end multi-country CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Partner with Product, Data, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and expansion.
• Define KPIs, build reporting cadences, and translate data into leadership insights.
• Identify gaps and use A/B testing and ML targeting to improve conversions.
