Specialized is seeking a Global CRM Operations Manager in Morgan Hill, CA to drive multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. You’ll own end-to-end execution, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain brand and data privacy standards while collaborating with analytics, engineering, and regional teams.

The role emphasizes scaling automation, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering engaging experiences to riders and retailers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign production.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platform; Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating across creative, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the production and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
• Manage campaign timelines, assets, approvals, QA, and deployment for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Build and configure campaigns within Klaviyo and other marketing automation platforms.
• Coordinate with CRM strategy, creative, copy, analytics, engineering, and regional teams from brief to launch.
• Oversee briefing, feedback, approvals, and final sign-off with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Perform rigorous QA across messaging, links, personalization, targeting, segmentation, and rendering.
