Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing at consumer tech, mobile, or edtech
• Hands-on with modern CRM/ESP platforms including journey building and segmentation
• Proven track record owning CRM strategy and roadmap with measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, experimentation, and SQL or similar tools
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
• Experience running multi-market CRM programs; familiarity with messaging apps is a plus
• Excellent cross-functional program management and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong copywriting ability and experience briefing creative teams
• Curiosity with AI and automation to improve marketing workflows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across email, in-app, push, and messaging apps
• Build and maintain a global CRM roadmap with evergreen lifecycle programs and campaigns
• Define market-specific channel strategies and localization boundaries
• Manage CRM platforms and vendor relationships (e.g., Iterable) including contracts and renewals
• Design audiences, journeys, and automation with analytics to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Lead cross-functional programs with product, data, engineering, and regional teams
• Automate reporting, monitor deliverability, and drive CRM experiments
• Tie CRM outcomes to business metrics like LTV, retention, and activation
