You will set strategy and drive operational readiness across time zones, collaborating with Policy, Product, Legal, Engineering and Partnerships to ensure consistent, ethical responses. You will partner with external law enforcement and safety organizations, develop scalable workflows, and champion responsible use of AI to strengthen
Competenze
- 8+ years in global Trust & Safety or related field.
- Experience in investigations, crisis or critical incident response.
- Strong partnerships with external safety organizations.
- Proven leadership across regions and time zones.
Mansioni
- Own strategy and performance of global Critical Response.
- Lead a globally distributed team with coverage and readiness.
- Improve investigation processes and escalation pathways.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents.
- Develop operational health metrics and analytics.
