Job summary

Bumble Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Critical Response to lead a global team handling the most urgent safety cases.

You’ll shape strategy, scale operations, and partner across Trust & Safety, Policy, Product, Legal and Communications to drive risk‑aware decisions with human oversight. You will champion responsible AI adoption, strengthen investigations, and coordinate with external stakeholders while building trusted relationships with law enforcement and NGOs.

Qualifications

8+ years in global trust & safety, investigations or crisis response.
Experience building trusted partnerships with law enforcement, gov’t bodies or NGOs.
Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams across regions/time zones.
Strong escalation management and operational process design experience.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and performance of global Critical Response, with scalable operating plans.
Lead a globally distributed team, ensuring coverage across multiple time zones.
Evolve investigation processes, escalation pathways and incident preparedness for high‑risk cases.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents, coordinating with cross‑functional partners.
Build metrics and insights to identify threats and operational gaps for improvements.
Partner with Product/Engineering to enhance tools for investigations and incident management.
Engage external stakeholders and law enforcement to align safety practices.
Drive continuous improvement with an agile mindset and lessons from major incidents.
