Job summary
Bumble Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Critical Response to lead a global team handling high-stakes safety cases. You will shape strategy, optimize operations, and ensure readiness across multiple time zones while partnering with Policy, Product, Legal, Engineering and Communications.
You will build capabilities for escalation, investigation quality and risk analytics, champion responsible AI use, and drive improvements in Bumble’s safety ecosystem with human oversight.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in global Trust & Safety, investigations or crisis response.
- Experience with law enforcement collaborations and external stakeholders.
- Proven people leadership across regions/time zones.
- Expertise in escalation management, governance and processes.
- Strong data-driven decision making in safety contexts.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and performance of the global Critical Response function with scalable practices.
- Lead a distributed team across multiple time zones with inclusive culture.
- Evolve investigation processes, escalation pathways and incident preparedness.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex incidents across cross-functional teams.
- Develop operational health metrics and translate insights into improvements.
- Partner with Product/Engineering to enhance tools supporting investigations and incident management.
