Job summary

Skydance in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the internal development process for WB Global Experiences projects. You will bridge creative direction with day‑to‑day coordination, ensuring schedules, approvals, assets, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder alignment stay on track.

You will collaborate with the Creative team, internal partners, and external vendors across territories to deliver ambitious experiential programs while maintaining creative vision and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of project management or coordination experience in creative production or related fields.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, approvals, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal project development from concept through delivery.
• Bridge creative direction and execution with clear next steps and timelines.
• Coordinate schedules, approvals, budgets, vendors, and assets across teams.
• Oversee stakeholder alignment and consolidate feedback to drive direction.
• Support budget management, scope definition, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate globally across territories to ensure consistent project execution.
• Document decisions, track open items and ensure timely decisions.
