Aquent Studios in Boston is seeking a highly organized Traffic/Project Coordinator to support our global marketing communications team in a fast-paced creative studio. This temporary role ensures projects move from intake to final delivery with accuracy and on-time results.

You'll manage RoboHead workflows, budget tracking, file versioning, and client-facing communications while upholding brand standards and tight deadlines across print and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven project management, coordination, or traffic management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing a large volume of projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional client service skills with strong communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams.
• Experience operating under continual deadline constraints and juggling multiple quick-turn projects.
• Proficiency with RoboHead and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workflows, processes, and efficiencies for the creative studio supporting global marketing communications.
• Facilitate the smooth traffic of both print and digital projects from intake through final file release.
• Open and manage jobs within the project management tool (RoboHead), including tracking and reporting.
• Oversee budget tracking and invoicing with precision.
• Manage changes, version control, and QC of final files and regulatory submissions.
• Cultivate excellent customer service and represent our values.
• Understand brand standards, file management, and naming protocols.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear communication to managers.
• Calculate and finalize rate card estimates and modifiers for client billing.
• Maintain and report on project databases and data accuracy.
• Demonstrate understanding of the design/production process from inception to release.
