Flight Centre Travel Group USA seeks a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and international business travel, including air, hotel, car and ground transportation. You will complete a four-week paid training program to sharpen Sabre skills and contract airfares.

The role supports busy executives, requires strong customer service, and adherence to travel policies. Typical schedule is 40 hours across five shifts, with occasional evening coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare, itinerary, and ticketing.
• Experience with quality control in travel bookings.
• Ticketing procedures and handling complex itineraries.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted service.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations within guidelines.
• Handle ticketing, PNRS, invoicing, and profile maintenance.
• Stay informed on airline rules and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout.
