Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including air, hotel, car, and ground transport. A four-week paid training program will boost Sabre skills and contract airfares.

The role requires exceptional customer service and knowledge of corporate travel policies. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour work week and five 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate travel management.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and ticketing.
• Experience with ticketing, PNRS, and itinerary changes.
• Ability to work standard ET hours with occasional after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted service.
• Ensure accurate reservations and timely completion.
• Manage PNRS, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and exchanges.
• Stay informed on airline rules and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service.
• Keep clients informed on travel documents and health requirements.
• Handle rerouting and exchanges for complex fares.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive work environment.
