Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives, including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation, with a focus on policy compliance and superior service.

You will work with Sabre GDS, manage PNRs and ticketing, and develop trusted relationships with corporate travelers while delivering accurate reservations and proactive support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS for fares, itineraries, and ticketing.
• Experience with complex international itineraries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transport for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trusted support.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and completed on time.
• Handle PNRS, ticketing, invoicing, and profile maintenance per guidelines.
• Stay informed on airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements.
• Provide consultative support and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
• Inform clients about travel documents and health requirements.
• Manage complex international fares, exchanges, and rerouting.
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
• It may include other duties as assigned.
