Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage domestic and international travel for busy executives. You’ll undergo four weeks of paid training, sharpening Sabre skills and contract airfares while learning our booking processes.

Our team handles air, car, rail and hotel bookings, with emphasis on exceptional customer service and policy adherence. Typical schedule includes 40 hours across five 8-hour shifts, with an occasional evening shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent corporate travel management experience.
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management and ticket issuance.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and multi-task under pressure.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure trust and repeat business.
• Ensure accurate and timely reservations while following company guidelines.
• Handle ticketing, PNRS, profiles, invoicing, and changes including complex international fares.
• Stay informed about airline rules, tariffs and fare requirements and apply knowledge to bookings.
