Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience in corporate/legal support or compliance is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of corporate entity maintenance, filings, and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate entity maintenance and compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
• Manage filing requirements, deadlines, registered agent coordination, and corporate records to maintain good standing.
• Prepare and maintain formation records, resolutions, amendments, and governance materials.
• Conduct corporate research, due diligence, and compliance reviews for firm initiatives.
• Support attorney departure processes by coordinating compliance activities and confidential records.
• Manage attorney licensing, renewals, registrations, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare compliance reports and provide accurate information to internal teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain records and resolve issues.
