Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Four or more years of experience in paralegal, corporate legal support, compliance, or professional responsibility roles.
  • Law firm experience in professional standards, risk management, or corporate legal environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with entity maintenance, registered agents, annual filings, and foreign qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate entity maintenance and compliance across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
  • Manage filing requirements, deadlines, registered agent coordination, and corporate records.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents such as formations, resolutions, amendments, and governance materials.
  • Conduct corporate research, due diligence, and compliance reviews for firm initiatives and transactions.
  • Support attorney departure processes by coordinating compliance across internal teams and confidential records.
  • Manage attorney licensing, renewals, registrations, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare compliance reports and provide accurate information to the internal legal team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain records and resolve compliance matters.
