Identity Digital is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Bellevue, WA, to serve as a legal expert across business operations. You will guide commercial contracts, compliance, risk management, and negotiations, including in mergers and acquisitions and governance matters.

The role reports to the Sr. Corporate Counsel and requires collaboration with global teams, strong business judgment, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one state bar.
• 5+ years of substantive attorney experience.
• Experience in both law firms and in-house settings.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, manage, and negotiate key agreements with integrity.
• Support mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance issues.
