Qualifications

• Membership in at least one state bar.
• 5+ years of substantive attorney experience.
• Law firm and in-house experience.
• Mix of transactional, employment, compliance, and regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, manage, and negotiate key agreements with integrity.
• Negotiate mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support growth and risk management.
• Provide business-centric legal guidance to enable rapid execution.
