Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience advising corporate clients and managing governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted legal advisor to the organization on global corporate and SEC regulatory matters.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance pragmatism, risk, and compliance.
• Review and negotiate M&A transactions and credit facilities.
• Review third-party contracts for legal service providers.
• Advise on risks and mitigation strategies.
• Perform other legal, governance, and administrative duties.
