Qualifications

• JD degree and active U.S. bar admission
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in commercial contracts, employment law, corporate matters, and legal compliance
• Experience supporting manufacturing or global businesses is preferred
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide internal legal support to Indium Corporation's global organization
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and other business agreements
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on governance, compliance, and employment matters
• Coordinate with external counsel and monitor legal spending to ensure cost-effective support
