Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years in corporate law focusing on IP, governance, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on intellectual property, including patents and trademarks.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, software licenses, and real estate contracts.
• Oversee compliance programs and manage risk across business units.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on litigation and dispute resolution.
