Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to lead the company’s worldwide talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning. You will build and lead the Global Recruiting Center of Excellence, partner with HR leaders globally, and strengthen recruiting across regions to fill critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience with significant experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.
• Experience leading recruiting in a global, multi-site organization. Manufacturing or technical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building or leading a Talent Acquisition COE or improving recruiting capabilities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) and establish consistent recruiting practices, tools, processes and metrics globally.
• Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning and talent needs across regions.
• Lead recruiting for critical, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles with country HR teams as appropriate.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical capabilities and growth areas.
• Improve recruiting speed, quality of hire, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Develop recruiting KPIs and leverage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support employer branding and position Indium Corporation as an employer of choice for critical talent.
