• Draft, review and negotiate international commercial agreements and related correspondence.
• Advise on U.S. employment law issues and California labor matters.
• Ensure day-to-day regulatory and operational compliance in the U.S.
• Research multi-jurisdictional laws and assess cross-border compliance.
• Design and deliver compliance training for business units.
• Provide general legal support and ad-hoc tasks to management.
