Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & Development Manager to drive the company’s global talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning. The role leads the COE, strengthens regional recruiting capabilities, enhances sourcing channels, and supports talent development programs across a multi-site organization.

The role partners with business leaders and HR teams worldwide to fill critical roles, build pipelines, and enable leadership development while traveling

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant talent acquisition and recruiting
• Experience leading recruiting in a global, multi-site organization; manufacturing/technical focus preferred
• Experience building/leading a Talent Acquisition COE or improving recruiting capabilities across locations
• Strong business partnership, communication, and project leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Recruiting COE and establish consistent practices and metrics globally
• Partner with business and HR leaders on workforce planning and talent needs
• Lead recruiting for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles across regions
• Develop talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies to meet growth
• Support development programs and rotations to accelerate talent across the organization
