Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Four or more years of paralegal, corporate legal support, compliance, or professional responsibility experience.
  • Law firm experience preferred, especially in professional standards, risk management, general counsel, or corporate legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate entity maintenance, registered agents, annual filings, and foreign qualifications.
  • Familiarity with attorney licensing requirements and bar admission processes.
  • Experience with compliance tracking, entity management systems, or legal technology platforms such as IntApp is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate entity maintenance and compliance activities across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
  • Manage filing requirements, deadlines, registered agent coordination, and corporate records to maintain entity good standing.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including formation records, resolutions, amendments, and governance materials.
  • Conduct corporate research, due diligence, and compliance reviews to support firm initiatives and transactions.
  • Support attorney departure processes by coordinating compliance activities across internal teams and maintaining confidential records.
  • Manage attorney licensing, including renewals, registrations, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare compliance reports and provide accurate information to support the firm's internal legal team and firm leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain accurate records and resolve compliance matters.
