Corporation Service Company is seeking a Regulatory Legal Services Coordinator to support international entity portfolios and manage compliance timelines. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely corporate filings and governance tasks across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication is required.
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of the organization and external parties.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and accuracy.
• Comfort with high-volume work and process improvement ideas.
• Experience in compliance, governance or corporate law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between internal contacts and third-party vendors to handle annual compliance and filings.
• Review, respond, and fulfill client and vendor requests for corporate filings across jurisdictions.
• Support Global Subsidiary Coordinators on projects and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors via Salesforce CRM and other tools.
• Research jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings and legal transactions.
• Maintain accuracy of client data in Company Records and Entity Management systems.
