Xometry is seeking a senior paralegal/compliance-focused professional to support corporate governance and global subsidiary management. You will work with cross-functional teams to align policies with the Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements, leveraging AI tools to streamline operations.

Responsibilities include filing annual reports, overseeing governance documents, and conducting legal research, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5–7+ years paralegal or compliance experience, with 3+ in a corporate environment.
• 2–4+ years corporate compliance experience (privacy, export controls, risk, audit).
• Experience using AI-driven tools to streamline legal operations and compliance workflows.
• Strong research, written and spoken communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing annual reports and foreign qualifications for the company and subsidiaries.
• Managing domestic subsidiary matters including formation, dissolution, and governance documents.
• Drafting policies for legal/compliance topics and updating them across jurisdictions.
• Monitoring compliance activities and supporting investigations as needed.
• Maintaining corporate files and documents; performing legal research.
• Providing administrative support to the legal team.
