Edelman in Chicago seeks a Corporate Governance Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team. This role manages corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and entity management across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in an agency, in-house, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain global corporate records, minute books, and entity management systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international statutory filings and annual reports.
• Support entity formations, dissolutions, restructurings, and intercompany governance matters.
• Partner with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliance with corporate requirements.
• Track and maintain corporate calendars to meet filing deadlines.
