Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Paralegal to join our Legal team and support the company’s growing international entity portfolio. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with corporate law, entity management, and using technology to keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, entity management, or legal operations.
• Experience forming entities, corporate filings, and governance.
• Ability to coordinate across jurisdictions with outside counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort using AI tooling to support work.
• Exposure to M&A transaction support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formation of new international subsidiaries, including documents, amendments, notary and apostille requirements, filings, and foreign qualifications.
• Assist with M&A deal execution, including data rooms, closing checklists, and signatures.
• Own the global compliance calendar, track deadlines, registrations, board meeting requirements, and government submissions across entities.
• Ensure entities remain in good standing by coordinating filings with outside counsel and service providers.
• Maintain governance records: director/officer info, constitutional documents, signatory registers, formation files.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day use of the entity management platform.
• Serve as a contact for entity-related requests across jurisdictions with internal and external teams.
• Manage signature coordination and filing of vendor contracts across the organization.
• Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders for information on projects and transactions.
