Job summary

Ford Credit is seeking a Communications Strategist and Leader to drive the internal and external communications strategy for its global transformation programs. This role partners with senior leaders, manages crisis and reputation initiatives, and leads communications across Ford Credit North America, Transformation, Bank, Risk, Finance, Legal & Compliance, HR, Technology and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in communications, preferably in financial services or automotive industries.
• Proven track record in executive communications, crisis/issues management, and media relations.
• Experience leading internal and external communications at scale for global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and own an integrated communications strategy for Ford Credit and related functions.
• Provide executive counsel and messaging for leadership across business and transformation teams.
• Lead internal headquarters communications, town halls, and CEO communications to drive engagement.
• Strengthen external presence through media activations and strategic stakeholder outreach.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, and resource controls for the communications team.
• Collaborate with Ford Communications and cross-functional partners to align priorities.
