Ford Motor Company is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive evaluation, structuring and execution of transactions globally. The role offers exposure to senior executives and strategic initiatives across Ford’s businesses.

The candidate will perform detailed financial analyses, build pro-forma and synergy models, and prepare investment memorandums for review by Ford’s senior leadership and Board. Leadership, collaboration, and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, strategic management consulting and/or Corporate Development.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed financial analyses; create pro-forma financial models, valuation analyses and synergy models for potential transactions.
• Support due diligence with target executives, outside advisors, and internal experts.
• Create investment memorandums and presentations for Ford senior management, including C-Level executives and Ford’s Board of Directors.
• Negotiate transaction terms and legal documentation.
• Interface with teams and business units across Ford to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Seek and analyze data from various sources to support decisions and align with the organization’s strategy.
• Develop creative approaches to generate new ideas and push industry boundaries.
