Ford Credit is seeking a Communications Strategist to drive a global communications program for its business and corporate functions. The role partners with senior leaders to shape messaging, and it leads both internal and external initiatives, including town halls, earnings communications and media engagements.

The position requires autonomy, sound judgment on sensitive matters, and collaboration across Ford Credit, Ford Communications and related teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years in Communications.
• Experience in financial services, banking or automotive industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic internal and external communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated communications strategy.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging and reputational risk.
• Lead internal and external comms programs including town halls, earnings, media relations.
• Oversee governance, budgeting and internal controls for the team.
• Collaborate across Ford Credit and Ford Communications to align priorities.
