Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an experienced Advisor, Corporate Affairs and Communications to partner with C-suite leaders and shape executive messaging. The role focuses on translating complex business priorities into clear, engaging content including talking points, emails, and LinkedIn assets.

You will collaborate with CEO Communications, manage multiple priorities in a matrixed, global organization, and leverage analytics to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications/corporate affairs supporting senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong storytelling capability and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations; international exposure preferred.
• Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Define and elevate the voice of C-suite across internal and external channels.
• Translate business strategies into clear, engaging messaging for leadership and teams.
• Develop high-impact executive communications including talking points, emails, LinkedIn content, and storytelling assets.
• Collaborate with CEO Communications for a consistent enterprise narrative.
• Lead campaign-style communications across the organization and global leadership audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage feedback and data insights to refine messaging effectiveness.
• Support senior leaders in preparing for key engagements with clear tone and message.
