Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate banking or investment banking.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Experience with multi-product solutions and cross-functional coordination.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and 24 licenses within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Initiate strategic dialogue with clients to generate corporate finance, treasury and credit opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs and deliver concrete financial solutions.
• Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary corporate banking representative.
• Partner with Investment Banking coverage and product partners across the firm.
• Collaborate with credit underwriting on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Drive account planning with focus on credit capital and firm-wide priorities.
• Strictly comply with regulatory and JMPC rules, policies, and procedures.
