JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Project Finance Account Bank to lead a global team delivering sophisticated account bank solutions for complex project finance, infrastructure, and energy transactions.

The role focuses on growth, strategic client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Legal and Operations. You will drive excellence in risk management, client relationships, and wallet share expansion while guiding a specialized franchise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in related financial services areas such as project finance, account bank, or corporate trust.
• Leadership experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating project finance transaction documents and deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing global team delivering account bank solutions for project finance, infrastructure, energy, and related transactions.
• Own strategic direction, growth, and commercialization of the Project Finance Account Bank business across the Americas.
• Serve as senior escalation point for clients, sponsors, lenders, and internal stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Partner with Sales, Banking, Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to drive growth and execute objectives.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of complex transaction structures with strong client experience.
• Drive product innovation guided by market insights and client feedback.
• Champion risk, regulatory compliance, and control execution across the portfolio.
