Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Senior Manager, Core HR Product Owner to lead strategy, governance and delivery of the global Core HR product ecosystem within Global People Services. You will connect People Services, HRIT, IAM, IT and other HR centers of excellence to deliver secure, scalable HR technology across Oracle HCM and downstream systems.

You will own the strategy and roadmap for Core HR and Tier 2 HR tech, drive adoption of self-service, and partner across teams to ensure data quality, security

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in HR technology, HR operations, HRIS or product management at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of a global Core HR platform, ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with product ownership experience.
• Experience designing self-service and using adoption insights to improve user experience and reduce manual work.
• Understanding of HR data structures, governance, security controls and downstream data impacts.
• Experience with HR/IT integrations and lifecycle automation; Joiner/Mover/Leaver knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core HR and Tier 2 HR technology strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Translate needs into business requirements, working with HRIT on design, UAT, releases and sign-off.
• Lead the global roadmap for ESS/MSS/HRSS and promote self-service adoption.
• Collaborate with HRIT and digital adoption teams on implementations, training and communications.
• Manage Core HR data ownership, standards, validation rules and data quality controls.
• Oversee integrations among Oracle HCM, SailPoint, AD/Entra ID, ServiceNow and related systems.
• Lead HR application security and access governance with relevant stakeholders.
• Own the Core HR/Tier 2 ServiceNow relationship for incidents, requests and enhancements.
• Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Payroll and IAM to align reporting and product needs.
