Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Big 4 public accounting background.
• 12+ years in accounting and controllership roles.
• Experience leading global or multi-entity teams.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with close, consolidation, audits, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance transformation.
• Strong inventory and cost accounting experience.
• Experience with international entities and intercompany accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and controllership across all entities.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a 5-business-day close.
• Ensure accurate financial statements, consolidation, and reporting.
• Maintain balance-sheet integrity including reconciliations and reserves.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and global policy governance.
• Improve working-capital visibility: AR, inventory, AP, accruals.
• Drive ERP and finance system improvements (Infor, Salesforce, Power BI).
• Lead audit processes and interface with external auditors.
• Develop and mentor a seven-person global accounting team.
• Partner with CFO and leadership on strategic financial decisions.
